Located currently in Moscow the Russian School of Coaching has the following mission:
To integrate international traditions, principles, approaches and experience in coaching, creating unique synthesis for understanding and promoting coaching.

Being a sphere of professional help coaching approach helps people to achieve high-quality communication and efficiency in any sphere of their life through support, encouragement and creative change and performance management. We are aware of Russian specifics and it is reflected is the history of the School – we started as “East-West” Business Center and still feel that our mission is to create links between East and West.

The Russian School of Coaching “East-West” now integrates the best international traditions and Russian experience in coaching and offers professional support in people and organizations development to our Clients and Students.

• Coaching programs for individuals, families and organizations – from 5-10 sessions of personal coaching to 2-6 months contracts with companies.

1st stage: «Practical Coach»- 3 modules (initiation - 80 hours of training with intense coaching practice and flexible schedule) followed by 2nd stage: «Specialist Coach» - 3 modules(specialization) and 3rd stage: «Professianal Coach» - 4 modules (profession)
• Unique systemic coaching workshops on Wednesday
• Professional supervision for coaches on Monday, systemic supervision for trainers and counselors
