The Russian School of Coaching “East-West” invites everybody interested in developing coaching as a profession, in professional collaboration and open discussion with business community to participate in 5th PARC conference “Coaching style in management. Myth or reality?” on May 29, 2008.
PARC (The Professional Association on Russian-Speaking Coaches) is informal non-commercial project established to unite Russian-speaking specialists in coaching who work all over the world.
This conference target is to attract business community and coaching professionals’ attention to the following issues:
- How coaching and coaching tools being used in management increase performance
- Coaching as not a panacea but effective management instrument for certain limited fields of application
We see this conference as a space for open discussion, ideas and best practice sharing between businessmen, coaching professionals and all those who work with organizations to help them flourish through people management.

• Coaching programs for individuals, families and organizations – from 5-10 sessions of personal coaching to 2-6 months contracts with companies.

• Various coaching skills training programs (short term intensive courses, Thursday workshops, seminars and intervision sessions)
• «Professianal Coach» course which consists of three stages:
1st stage: «Practical Coach»- 3 modules (initiation - 80 hours of training with intense coaching practice and flexible schedule) followed by 2nd stage: «Specialist Coach» - 3 modules(specialization) and 3rd stage: «Professianal Coach» - 4 modules (profession)
• Unique systemic coaching workshops on Wednesday • Professional supervision for coaches on Monday, systemic supervision for trainers and counselors
