- Coaching as not a panacea but effective management instrument for certain limited fields of application

Much of our behaviour is directed at avoiding some level of confrontation. It is a way of protecting ourselves from a number of fears.Power games are often the result of these fears and we are often not aware of these. If we keep control of our fears we don’t need to dominate others any more.

     Overview and analytical reports on Coaching market in Russia by leading experts, clients and coaching schools representatives during the first part of the Conference triggered various discussions for Open Space in the second part of the day.
