Dear Colleagues - coaches, consultants, business-trainers, psychologists and everybody working in people development field,
 
The Russian School of Coaching “East-West” invites everybody interested in Coaching as an emerging profession and in professional collaboration to join PARC.
 
PARC (Professional Association on Russian-Speaking Coaches) is informal non-commercial project established to unite Russian-speaking specialists in coaching who work all over the world.
 
Since November 2006 - first PARC Conference - we all have made significant steps in building our professional community and we highly appreciate your input in extending intellectual, information and methodological base of coaching profession in Russian, which is definitely required nowadays.
 
We invite coaching professionals and all businessmen, those who use or plan to use coaching for the business development. As our clients you get a unique chance to test the coaching market and have influence on its development.

Conference key target is to establish Russian-Speaking Coaching Professional Community, which can officially unite coaches working and qualifying in former USSR countries and their current and potential client


Conference Aims to highlight the following issues for professional coaches and Russian-Speaking community:
·   To provide efficient support for Russian-speaking coaches working in former USSR countries,
·   To define coaching standards for Russian-Speaking community in line with international coaching and business-coaching ethics
·   To provide the implementation of the standards through creating Russian Coaching Competence Standards and Professional Credentialing based on Recommended Coaching Training Program
·   To elaborate Recommended Coaching Training Program
·   To create National Coaching Training Network based on existing coaching training schools and organizations and professional coaches input.
