The Russian School of Coaching “East-West” invites everybody interested in developing coaching as a profession, in professional collaboration and open discussion with business community to participate in 5th PARC conference “Coaching style in management. Myth or reality?” on May 29, 2008.
PARC (The Professional Association on Russian-Speaking Coaches) is informal non-commercial project established to unite Russian-speaking specialists in coaching who work all over the world.
This conference target is to attract business community and coaching professionals’ attention to the following issues:
- How coaching and coaching tools being used in management increase performance
- Coaching as not a panacea but effective management instrument for certain limited fields of application
We see this conference as a space for open discussion, ideas and best practice sharing between businessmen, coaching professionals and all those who work with organizations to help them flourish through people management. PROGRAM
