The Russian School of Coaching "East-West" offers you a new exclusive author's course "Professional Coach".

This author's course is a real gift for those who want to change their professional life, increase their income and become popular through COACHING PRACTICE - become a PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST.

This course includes three stages of building your professional skills and mastering them:

1st level: "PRACTICAL Coach"- 3 modules (initiation)
2nd level;: "SPECIALIST Coach"- 3 modules (specialization)
3rd level: "PROFESSIONAL Coach"- 4 modules (profession)

Whole course totals up at 10 modules 2 days each one + weekly workshops and supervision hours.

1st level: "PRACTICAL Coach" is ideally balanced course for those who:
-  have already decided to start coaching practice,
-  wants to get educated by real coaches, those who have their own coaching practice
and are well known in the coaching market,
-  focused on building personal independent coaching practice,
-  ready to get into intensive practical learning,
-  is interested in deep art and science of Coaching study,
-  wants to work with people and get good money for it,
-  finds the work exciting and creative and likes out-of-box thinking!

You get 3 weekend modules (Saturday and Sunday, from 11 to 19) within 6 weeks. Participation fee - 15 000 RUR lump sum prepay per 3 modules.

         Coaching profession basics and practice (elementary experience)
         Basic coaching approaches, schemes, methods and tools
         Secrets of Success in coaching practice (workshop)

As a result we guarantee you get necessary understanding, tools and skills to start building your coaching practice.

You also get 6 coaching workshops each Thursday (from 19 to 21). Participation fee - 2000 RUR lump sum prepay or 500 RUR per each workshop.

During the workshops you can get enough coaching practice and experienced coaches' feedback and supervision.

In the end of this course you will get your official Russian School of Coaching "East-West" certificate for "PRACTICAL Coach" level and gain enough knowledge, skills and confidence to get into building your own coaching practice. 

2nd level: "SPECIALIST Coach"

3 modules 2 days each one. Participation fee for "PRACTICAL Coach" graduates - 25000 RUR lump sum prepay or 10 000 RUR per module.

         Basics of EQ
         Basics of MQ
         Basics of awakening leadership skills (SQ)

As a result you get unique skills and knowledge required for successful coaching practice with your clients interested in developing their competitive advantages and leadership skills. You will also work on developing your facilitator skills for both individual and group coaching which can be extremely valuable for those who
integrate coaching approach into training and consulting process!

In the end of this course you will get your official Russian School of Coaching "East-West certificate for "SPECIALIST Coach" level and gain specific knowledge and skills as well as extra motivation and confidence that you add more value working with your individual client and groups. 

3rd stage: "PROFESSIONAL Coach"

4 modules 2 days each one. Participation fee for "SPECIALIST Coach" graduates - 60000 RUR lump sum prepay or 15 000 RUR per module.

         Virtual model of person development
         Theory and practice of learning and development acceleration
         Theory and practice of intuitive thinking development
         Art of building powerful metaphors and specific exercises for clients

As a result with the support of most experienced coaches and people development specialists you will get unique knowledge and basic skills of teaching your clients coaching approach and intuitive thinking.

In the end of this course you will get your official Russian School of Coaching "East-West" certificate and qualify as a PROFESSIONAL Coach. 

As a whole you will get complete theoretical and practical background to be able to deliver high level coaching and spread good coaching skills among your clients and colleagues as well as provide supervision and become a mentor for you less experienced colleagues.
